Successful distribution of Laptops:

Bringing Technology to every Child

We’re thrilled to announce that Pifinity Foundation recently facilitated the distribution of laptops to 7 alumni who have successfully completed their pre-university (PU) education and are currently pursuing undergraduate studies. The initiative was driven by an identified need: as students transition into higher education, access to a laptop becomes essential for academic work, skill development, and participation in internships. Our Foundation collaborated with Sama Digital Foundation, whose mission of repurposing devices to enable future innovators aligns closely with  Pifinity Foundation’s objectives. Continued institutional support from Mrs.Radha and  Dr. Devaraju has played a key role in sustaining the program over the past three years at Government PU College, KR Puram, which also hosted the distribution.

What students feel:

Trisha Advika: 2nd year student at SJCC – BCom.

I will use this laptop for my internship, work, and courses. It will help me complete assignments, do research, prepare reports, and attend online meetings efficiently.

Through automation courses, I will practice tools and real-time projects that will improve my technical and professional skills. This laptop will help me work faster, learn better, and stay organized.

Mohini Pal: pursuing BCA from Government First Grade PU College,  KR Puram.

My aim is to use digital platforms to express thoughts and inspire learning through words. I will use it with full responsibility for my studies, content creation, video editing, research, and skill development. This support will help me improve the quality of my work and learn essential digital skills. This laptop will play an important role in my academic and personal growth, motivating me.”

Funding Futures:

Two Students receive educational Support

Pifinity Foundation recently disbursed ₹60,000 through a fundraiser to support the higher education of two students, enabling their academic journey, skill development, and long-term growth. The fundraiser was for Asha and Rafiya, two deserving PU2 graduates who secured college admissions but face financial constraints.

Asha Rajkumar Biradar: Asha, from Government PU College, KR Puram, has begun her BE in Electronics Engineering at Gopalan College. With her father a conductor, mother a homemaker, and two siblings studying, her family struggles financially despite a loan for her fees. The foundation supported her with ₹50,000.

Rafiya:  Rafiya is pursuing BCom. Though unable to prepare for CA Foundation currently, she remains committed by taking up internships to build practical skills. The foundation supported her with ₹8,500. Support more students by donating at https://pifinity.org/donation-payment/

Career Exploration and Awareness Programs:

School-Based Sessions

Bethel School Session:
Pifinity conducted an in-person Career Exploration Program at Bethel School, Bangalore engaging 45 Grade 10 students. The session introduced academic pathways after Class 10, including Science, Commerce, and Arts along with vocational options such as ITI, Diploma, and Paramedical fields. It also incorporated a basic problem-solving approach to support early-stage career thinking, providing a structured framework for considering future career directions. Student participation was active, with initial alignment observed  between individual interests and  the pathways discussed.

Our support extended to 8th, 9th, and 10th graders of Bethel Public School through holistic guidance sessions focusing on self-awareness and personal growth, developing effective study habits, building exam confidence, and understanding career options. These sessions empowered students to make stream selections that truly match their strengths and interests, laying a strong foundation for their future choices.

PathSeekers School Session:
Pifinity conducted an online Career Awareness Program for PathSeekers School, Amritsar engaging 20 students from Grades 10 and 11 along with their parents. The session focused on stream selection and career clusters, with the objective of delivering a structured and comprehensive overview of available pathways.

The inclusion of parents along with the students in the session further helped them as a family to make the right decisions for the future.

WE-Enable Program

Progression of the WE Hub Engagement to the Next Cohort

As part of ongoing engagement with WE Hub, Pifinity conducted the next batch of the WE-Enable Program during the quarter, reaching 250 undergraduate women students across Telangana. The cohort participated in pre- and post-counseling sessions, incorporating six psychometric dimensions: Personality, Interest, Motivations, Learning Styles, Aptitudes, and Emotional Intelligence. These sessions enabled initial self-assessment prior to the program and structured reflection following its completion. The engagement presented approaches to understanding individual strengths and interests, while outlining general considerations relevant to career direction, facilitating informed and structured exploration of academic and professional pathways.

Pifinity Completes Global Impact Fellowship:

Achieved Impact level 3 with Skill Builder

Pifinity Education Foundation has successfully completed the Global Impact Fellowship 2025–26 and achieved Impact Level 3 with the Skills Builder Partnership. Through its engagement with students, particularly those in Classes 10 to 12, the foundation has observed the complexity of decisions students are required to make regarding academic streams, entrance examinations, higher education, and career pathways, often with limited guidance.

Participation in the fellowship enabled a structured review of program delivery, with a focus on strengthening how students develop essential skills such as evaluating options, making informed decisions, and reflecting on outcomes, beyond mere session participation.

Achieving Impact Level 3 indicates measurable progress in both program design and implementation, reinforcing the direction of ongoing efforts.

The organization acknowledges the support of the Skills Builder Global team, with specific recognition of Bethan Jeffers for consistent guidance throughout the fellowship.

Disha

Pifinity is currently in the process of developing Disha, an AI-assisted career and college guidance platform, scheduled for launch by the end of April 2026. The platfrom government and low-income schools, with the objective of providing structured access to career-related information.

It covers three primary areas:career pathways across academic, vocational, and diploma routes; information on higher education institutions, including affordable and government options; and guidance related to scholarships, entrance examination, and application processes. Disha is being developed to function in simple language, designed to operate under low-resource conditions, including basic devices and limited internet connectivity. The platform is positioned as a structured system for consolidating publicly available career and education information for student use.
