As we wrap up 2024, Pifinity Education Foundation continues its mission of empowering India’s first-generation learners to achieve their college and career dreams.
In this special New Year edition of our newsletter, we’re excited to share our journey since our last update; a journey made possible by supporters like you. As we reflect on the countless smiles we’ve brought to students’ faces and the barriers we’ve helped break down, we’re filled with gratitude and hope.

Have you ever wondered what it means to launch a dream—not just for a moment, but for a lifetime? That’s exactly what we are striving to do.
We’re super thrilled to announce the successful completion of our Career LaunchPad program at Ramagondanahalli Government High School in the IT corridor and KR Puram Government PU College. The program reached students in both 10th grade and PU1 (11th grade), providing them with essential career guidance and preparation tools. We are giving an impetus to fulfilling their dreams by empowering under-served high school students with skills, knowledge, and confidence for their future.
At Lake Montfort High School, we conducted comprehensive group counseling sessions that made a real impact. For 10th and 12th grade students, we opened doors to new possibilities through interactive career guidance. Our sessions helped 10th graders make informed decisions about their academic streams, while 12th graders gained clarity on choosing the right courses aligned with their chosen paths.
Our support extended to 8th, 9th, and 10th graders of Bethel Public School through holistic guidance sessions focusing on self-awareness and personal growth, developing effective study habits, building exam confidence, and understanding career options. These sessions empowered students to make stream selections that truly match their strengths and interests, laying a strong foundation for their future choices.
At Pifinity, we proudly supported Ayesha and Rafiya in taking their first steps toward their dreams, thanks to the generosity of our donors.
Rafiya, a bright and ambitious student, secured admission in Karnataka State Open University to pursue her BCom while preparing for the CA Foundation course. Her determination and exceptional PU2 results, where she scored 84%, stand out despite her family’s financial struggles.
Ayesha, equally driven, gained admission to a government college in KR Puram to pursue her BCom. Alongside her studies, she takes on holiday gigs, like Flipkart packaging, to support her family and education. She is working hard toward her dream of becoming a bank employee one day.
We extend our heartfelt gratitude to every donor who has made their success possible. Donate now to support more students like Ayesha and Rafiya and help them achieve their dreams.
Another highlight of 2024 that deserves a shoutout in this newsletter is the launch of our YouTube channel! Now, students can access the insightful AMA (Ask Me Anything) sessions with professionals anytime, anywhere. These sessions are packed with valuable advice, real-world experiences, and career guidance to help students learn at their convenience.

We are happy to highlight the contribution of Suneel Agarwal, a distinguished Brand Architect, Presentation Coach, and Transformation Speaker. Over the weekend, Suneel generously offered a communication coaching session to one of our candidates at no cost, thereby showcasing his commitment to nurturing talent.
This opportunity benefited Sreelakshmi Deshpande, a third-year Electronics Engineering student at Cambridge Institute of Technology, K R Puram. The session helped her understand the nuances of communication and its further value as a skill.
In our last newsletter, we shared the exciting news of launching a library at KR Puram College, adding valuable resources to their existing collection.
Thanks to the generous funding from Samarth Foundation, we’ve added essential entrance exam books, including Quantitative Aptitude guides, to support PU2 students in their preparation for college-level entrance exams.
Samarth Foundation, our partner highlight for this edition, has been a driving force behind this initiative. Led by Ravindra Karnad and a group of his dedicated support team, the foundation focuses on two key areas: Emergency Healthcare and Education.
In the realm of primary education, the foundation works closely with a government school in Banavasi Village, Ramanagar Taluk. Over the past three years, their efforts have significantly improved the school’s SSLC exam performance. Beyond this, Samarth Foundation sponsors the education of several deserving candidates.
This milestone reflects our ongoing commitment to empowering students with the resources they need to succeed. Our heartfelt thanks to Samarth Foundation for believing in our mission and helping us make a difference!
